Recently, to meet the customer's shipping schedule, our team arranged a nighttime container loading operation for a batch of cable reels and packaging products.
Even after nightfall, the loading site remained busy and well organized. Our forklift operators and loading team worked closely together to move the goods into the container safely and efficiently.
Before loading, all products had already been properly packed and arranged according to the loading plan. The goods were then moved into the container by forklift and carefully positioned to make full use of the available space.
For large and heavy products such as wooden cable reels, container loading requires more than simply counting the quantity. Proper arrangement and securing are important to make sure the cargo remains stable during transportation and to reduce the risk of movement or damage.
Container loading is the final but important step before an order leaves our factory.
Before loading, we check the product quantities, dimensions, packaging and loading requirements. During the operation, our team adjusts the arrangement according to the actual space inside the container to achieve efficient utilization while keeping the cargo properly protected.
For orders containing different reel sizes, we also arrange different specifications together when appropriate to make better use of the container space.
