Plywood Pallet Manufacturing Process

Nov 20, 2025 Leave a message

The production process of plywood pallets mainly includes cutting, assembly, and finishing. In the cutting stage, plywood is cut to the designed dimensions; in the assembly stage, the various parts are fixed together with nails or screws to form the overall structure of the pallet; the finishing stage may include sanding the edges or adding markings.

When ordering custom-made pallets, attention should be paid to the fineness of the workmanship, such as whether the joints are tight and the surface is smooth. These details affect the lifespan and safety of the pallet. Modern production processes often use automated equipment to ensure consistency and efficiency.

The cost of custom-made plywood pallets is mainly determined by the materials, size, design, and quantity. Material costs depend on the type and thickness of the plywood; the more complex the size and design, the higher the production cost may be; the larger the order quantity, the lower the unit cost tends to be, due to economies of scale.
