We've just finished loading a new batch of cable drums, and the container has been sealed and is ready to ship.
This shipment goes in a 40HQ container. When loading, we focused mainly on how to use the space better and keep everything stable during transit.
Loading Process
For this order, we mixed different parts together in the container:
Wood flanges were stacked layer by layer
Wooden components were packed on pallets
Everything was tightened and fixed before closing the container
It's not complicated, but it needs to be done carefully. If the loading isn't done right, goods can shift during shipping.
Packing Approach
We don't pack everything the same way. Each part is handled based on what it is:
Flanges are strapped to keep them in place
Wooden boards are stacked neatly
Small items are wrapped for protection
All of this is to make sure the goods arrive in good condition after a long sea journey.

Before the container is closed, we always check a few things:

Packing condition
Overall loading situation
We also take photos and send them to the customer, so they know exactly how the goods are loaded.
On the Way
The shipment is now on the way.
For us, this is a routine job, but we know it matters to the customer. Good loading and packing can save trouble later.
