Due to their high efficiency, safety, and stability, pallet operations are particularly important in situations requiring rapid processing. Therefore, various countries have developed a wide variety of specialized pallets. Here are just a few examples:
① Flat Glass Container Pallets. Also known as flat glass container racks, these come in many types. There are L-shaped single-sided flat glass loading pallets with single-sided forklift entry, A-shaped double-sided flat glass loading pallets with two-way forklift entry, as well as crane forklift combination types and frame types. During transportation, the pallet provides support and fixation. Flat glass is generally placed upright on the pallet, and the glass must be aligned with the vehicle's direction of travel to maintain the stability of both the pallet and the glass.
② Tire Pallets. Tires are water-resistant and corrosion-resistant, but susceptible to compression and pressure. Tire pallets effectively solve this problem. Using tire pallets, multiple layers can be stacked without compression or pressure, greatly improving loading, unloading, and storage efficiency.
③ Long Item Pallets. These are pallets specifically designed for stacking long items, some with multi-layer structures. Stacking the items creates a long shelf.
④ Oil Drum Pallets. These are specially shaped flat pallets designed for storing and transporting standard oil drums. Both sides have corrugated grooves or side plates to stabilize the drums and prevent them from rolling off. Their advantage is that they can be stacked in multiple layers, improving storage and transportation capacity.
